I felt nothing but pure grief. My tears just rolled non-stopped while writing this essay. We are yellowskins. But yet, where are we now? In 南洋? In 旧金山? In 纽约? Why? Why? Why?

A brief wind-back into the recent past. When 国民党 was founded by 孙中山 in 1911 and ruled middle kingdom in 1928 until its retreat to Taiwan in 1949 after being defeated by 共产党 during the Chinese Civil War. 国民党 was committed to the overthrow of the Qing Dynasty and the establishment of a republican government. During this rule, middle kingdom was nothing but pure grief. The party was pure corrupt. 孙中山 was nothing but just a puppet on the string. During its rule, citizenry was committed to eating roots and skins from trees. There was no food. Every piece of food was robbed from its people. Hence, when 共产党 was trying to come into prominence, people had no choice but to agree with the new party. The fucking 共产党 just gave small scraps of food to share with the people and waohla, 共产党 was the new boss. The rest was simply history written by the victor.

The first fortunate yellowskins arrived in the United States around 1820, who wanted to make their fortune up to 1849-era California Gold Rush. The yellowskins did not, however, only come for the gold rush in California, but also helped build the First Transcontinental Railroad. These were rich yellowskins. Also with regard to the legal situation, the yellowskins were by far more badly posed in the US than most other ethnic minorities. They had to pay special taxes (all foreign miners had to pay a tax of $20 a month), were not allowed to marry white European partners and could not acquire U.S. citizenship.

For the poorer yellowskins, they have no choice but to settle in nearer places called 南洋.

Why you ask? It was a sad story that we, yellowskins, have no choice but to leave our home and seek a better fortune beyond the middle kingdom.

That is the reason why these yellowskins were hapless and subjected themselves to the harsh foreign environment hoping to make a simple living.

Hence, when the white fuckens gave these yellowskins a shelter and food. They were eternally grateful to the government-of-the-day. For those who still know your forebears, so how they described the taste of tree barks. They worked hard. They knew that they prefer peace than conflict. Further with the lack of proper education, their blind faith was fooled totally by the white fuckens (the oldest fucken is a 4th generation decedent, very established and very rich, he was born rich, married into more money and then grabbed power, no poor bastard can go to a good foreign university with zero government scholarship in 1940s).

Soon their hard work would be totally robbed clean by the white fuckens. Sad. I know. I hope within my life time I can help some people moved to a new place. Even saving just one is good enough for me.

That fuckened little island has gone to the pigs. One must move out the soonest.

I have not been writing much as I see no new materials that matter.

But, now I see a slight distress from The Broken Dream.

Sigh! The human race is a bastard. Its own worst enemy is the fellow humans themselves. So how can one seek council from their own kind. It is important that one realises the grim truth than to hide their heads in the sand and hope like hell they will come across a kind soul. Sorry, babe, no chance.

This might be a long post as I have not been writing much, so a little constipation at work.

What I am writing is only my view and one should just take what I wrote with a huge dose of salty garbage.

Let's take it one step at a time:

• Migrate to a white land (or foreign land) - This is of zero choice. You continued to stay in that fucken little island, one day, you will be sucked bone-dry and your spare parts sold not in your name. Meantime, better don't fall sick. Therefore, take heart that it was a good initial decision. Let's take a recent story - A pinoy aged 40-50yo migrated to white land. He makes 3.5k per month. He don't buy any property in white land. He just saved like hell and made use of the milk bottle money to feed his daughters for super good angmo education. He understood that in 10-15 years, he would return to pinoy land to retire. He and his brothers in pinoy land was planning to build apartment blocks in his home town for rentals. Smart boy. He understood that what he made in white land would never be enough to buy any damn thing reasonably. All the good jobs were taken by the whites and he was an unqualified nobody doing fuck-all menial tasks which the whites shunt. That's jobs available for Asians in general. See: His education was only diploma in warehousing but he exhibited intelligence beyond his education level. He deserved to win in the end. He never complain once about the hard menial task he was undertaking. His savings were 4 months of his former salary pure cash for every month he worked and saved.
• Working for Others - There is not a single chance that one can make it, unless one is young and educated (qualified) in the white land from the word go. Even between provinces, they stopped auto-conversion and transfer of qualifications. But, starting to work for others must be the humble first step for fresh immigrants. Stay away from being employed by fellow Asians or yellowskins. They would be more fuckened that the little white fuckens. Therefore, move towards doing business as soon as possible.
• Saving for Property Investments - Buying a small place to stay near the place of work is important but not truly necessary. Rentals are still too cheap to start the business of property buying. Further, most white properties are made of paper. So maintenance would be too high and it's worth nothing if one must pay so much for a paper house. Do remember the three piglets story with the big bad wolf. Don't let the dream clouds one's vision.
• Investment in Properties - There are a million place around the world for cheap and good property investments. One just need to think very hard if one's keen to invest in properties. Buying a property near the work place is great but not absolutely a must. Who knows? Tomorrow one might find a new better paying job and one has to move.
• The Myth of Expensive Property - Buying something that is so expensive that the banks are involved is a true joke. Why burn one's life candle for the luxury of a paper house? Buy concrete or pure land lah!
• That Fuckened Little Island - For the pinoy story I highlighted. He can be made clever. He worked in a white land, he made 40-50 times his foreign exchange (do read up my essay on foreign exchange, a yellowskin engineer is paid the same in cash terms as the white engineer in white land) in salary. He saved like hell and he was able to transfer that forex advantage back home. But, fuckened little islanders can't do that. So this is a cute little puzzle that one has to solve. Savvy?

Caveat Emptor:
I didn't lay out the actual investment strategy one can undertake. One has to do their own home work. Recently I had a 25yo pinoy wanting to ask for advice. I asked her what's on her mind? She said I am one of the most frank strangers she has met, she wanted me to be her foster father. "Sugar daddy?" I asked. She said no. She already had a boyfriend back in pinoy land. She clarified that she just need me to pamper her, take care of her, buy things, give her advice on investment ideas, ferry her to and from huge shopping malls. I swallowed hard. I never knew pinoy land also got golden pussies. 

What I did was to just ignore her totally. She then cried to me every day, saying that she missed home and wanted to go home. I replied calmly that she can go home for all I care. I am no easy meat.

She then tried to rub her tiny titties on me ... Sigh ... Honey traps exist even in a god-forsaken place like my igloo?

If you still believe that you have a broken dream? Think again. Imagined you are still stuck in that fuckened little island? Small or no means to compete with the white richie richs? Then fight them not on local terms but open your horizon and do an OTHT - Over-The-Horizon-Targeting on them. Notice some of these whites never even go to the other cities for shopping. They are also truly poor.

b.Book - The 48 Laws of Power

The 48 Laws of Power (1998) is the first book by American author Robert Greene. The book is a bestseller. It has sold over 1.2 million copies in the United States and is popular with prison inmates and celebrities. 

Greene initially formulated some of the ideas in The 48 Laws of Power while working as a writer in Hollywood and observing that today's power elite shared similar traits with powerful figures throughout history. In 1995, Greene worked as a writer at Fabrica, an art and media school, and met a book packager named Joost Elffers. Greene pitched a book about power to Elffers and six months later, Elffers requested that Greene write a treatment. Although Greene was unhappy in his current job, he was comfortable and saw the time needed to write a proper book proposal as too risky. However, at the time Greene was rereading his favorite biography about Julius Caesar and took inspiration from Caesar's decision to cross the Rubicon River and fight Pompey, thus inciting the Great Roman Civil War. Greene would follow Caesar's example and write the treatment, which later became The 48 Laws of Power. He would note this as the turning point of his life.

Never Outshine the Master 

Always make those above you feel comfortably superior. In your desire to please or impress them, do not go too far in displaying your talents or you might accomplish the opposite – inspire fear and insecurity. Make your masters appear more brilliant than they are and you will attain the heights of power.

Law 2 

 Never put too Much Trust in Friends, Learn how to use Enemies 

Be wary of friends-they will betray you more quickly, for they are easily aroused to envy. They also become spoiled and tyrannical. But hire a former enemy and he will be more loyal than a friend, because he has more to prove. In fact, you have more to fear from friends than from enemies. If you have no enemies, find a way to make them.
This was one of the most important aspect of 刘邦. He captured even the hearts of his enemies and made them loyal to him. 

Law 3

Conceal your Intentions 

Keep people off-balance and in the dark by never revealing the purpose behind your actions. If they have no clue what you are up to, they cannot prepare a defense. Guide them far enough down the wrong path, envelope them in enough smoke, and by the time they realize your intentions, it will be too late.
Concealment is good against competition but I don't agreed among friends. Your friends can smell your insincerity from miles away. Your best choice-of-weapon is still honesty. 

Law 4

 Always Say Less than Necessary 

When you are trying to impress people with words, the more you say, the more common you appear, and the less in control. Even if you are saying something banal, it will seem original if you make it vague, open-ended, and sphinx-like. Powerful people impress and intimidate by saying less. The more you say, the more likely you are to say something foolish.

Law 5 

So Much Depends on Reputation – Guard it with your Life 

Reputation is the cornerstone of power. Through reputation alone you can intimidate and win; once you slip, however, you are vulnerable, and will be attacked on all sides. Make your reputation unassailable. Always be alert to potential attacks and thwart them before they happen. Meanwhile, learn to destroy your enemies by opening holes in their own reputations. Then stand aside and let public opinion hang them.
Interesting. To me, good or bad reputation doesn't phase me. I just present a stable outlook.

Law 6 

Court Attention at all Cost 

Everything is judged by its appearance; what is unseen counts for nothing. Never let yourself get lost in the crowd, then, or buried in oblivion. Stand out. Be conspicuous, at all cost. Make yourself a magnet of attention by appearing larger, more colorful, more mysterious, than the bland and timid masses.
Totally disagreed. One must feel totally invisible. Totally non-threatening.

Law 7 

Get others to do the Work for you, but Always Take the Credit 

Use the wisdom, knowledge, and legwork of other people to further your own cause. Not only will such assistance save you valuable time and energy, it will give you a god-like aura of efficiency and speed. In the end your helpers will be forgotten and you will be remembered. Never do yourself what others can do for you.
Totally disagreed. Be honest, claim only what's truly yours. You can't fight a dishonest facade.

Law 8 

Make other People come to you – use Bait if Necessary 

When you force the other person to act, you are the one in control. It is always better to make your opponent come to you, abandoning his own plans in the process. Lure him with fabulous gains – then attack. You hold the cards.
Interesting. If you can make the enemy acts in the wrong way. Not bad an idea.

Win through your Actions, Never through Argument 

Any momentary triumph you think gained through argument is really a Pyrrhic victory: The resentment and ill will you stir up is stronger and lasts longer than any momentary change of opinion. It is much more powerful to get others to agree with you through your actions, without saying a word. Demonstrate, do not explicate.

 Law 10 

Infection: Avoid the Unhappy and Unlucky 

You can die from someone else’s misery – emotional states are as infectious as disease. You may feel you are helping the drowning man but you are only precipitating your own disaster. The unfortunate sometimes draw misfortune on themselves; they will also draw it on you. Associate with the happy and fortunate instead.

Law 11 

Learn to Keep People Dependent on You 

To maintain your independence you must always be needed and wanted. The more you are relied on, the more freedom you have. Make people depend on you for their happiness and prosperity and you have nothing to fear. Never teach them enough so that they can do without you.

Law 12 

Use Selective Honesty and Generosity to Disarm your Victim 

One sincere and honest move will cover over dozens of dishonest ones. Open-hearted gestures of honesty and generosity bring down the guard of even the most suspicious people. Once your selective honesty opens a hole in their armor, you can deceive and manipulate them at will. A timely gift – a Trojan horse – will serve the same purpose.

Law 13 

When Asking for Help, Appeal to People’s Self-Interest, Never to their Mercy or Gratitude 

If you need to turn to an ally for help, do not bother to remind him of your past assistance and good deeds. He will find a way to ignore you. Instead, uncover something in your request, or in your alliance with him, that will benefit him, and emphasize it out of all proportion. He will respond enthusiastically when he sees something to be gained for himself.

Law 14 

Pose as a Friend, Work as a Spy 

Knowing about your rival is critical. Use spies to gather valuable information that will keep you a step ahead. Better still: Play the spy yourself. In polite social encounters, learn to probe. Ask indirect questions to get people to reveal their weaknesses and intentions. There is no occasion that is not an opportunity for artful spying.

Law 15 

 Crush your Enemy Totally 

All great leaders since Moses have known that a feared enemy must be crushed completely. (Sometimes they have learned this the hard way.) If one ember is left alight, no matter how dimly it smolders, a fire will eventually break out. More is lost through stopping halfway than through total annihilation: The enemy will recover, and will seek revenge. Crush him, not only in body but in spirit.
Agreed but very reluctantly. A superior tactics is to bring him into our folds.

 Law 16 

Use Absence to Increase Respect and Honor 

Too much circulation makes the price go down: The more you are seen and heard from, the more common you appear. If you are already established in a group, temporary withdrawal from it will make you more talked about, even more admired. You must learn when to leave. Create value through scarcity.

 Law 17 

 Keep Others in Suspended Terror: Cultivate an Air of Unpredictability 

Humans are creatures of habit with an insatiable need to see familiarity in other people’s actions. Your predictability gives them a sense of control. Turn the tables: Be deliberately unpredictable. Behavior that seems to have no consistency or purpose will keep them off-balance, and they will wear themselves out trying to explain your moves. Taken to an extreme, this strategy can intimidate and terrorize.
The darker secrets have to be protected.

Law 18 

Do Not Build Fortresses to Protect Yourself – Isolation is Dangerous 

The world is dangerous and enemies are everywhere – everyone has to protect themselves. A fortress seems the safest. But isolation exposes you to more dangers than it protects you from – it cuts you off from valuable information, it makes you conspicuous and an easy target. Better to circulate among people find allies, mingle. You are shielded from your enemies by the crowd.

Law 19 

Know Who You’re Dealing with – Do Not Offend the Wrong Person 

There are many different kinds of people in the world, and you can never assume that everyone will react to your strategies in the same way. Deceive or outmaneuver some people and they will spend the rest of their lives seeking revenge. They are wolves in lambs’ clothing. Choose your victims and opponents carefully, then – never offend or deceive the wrong person.

Law 20 

Do Not Commit to Anyone 

It is the fool who always rushes to take sides. Do not commit to any side or cause but yourself. By maintaining your independence, you become the master of others – playing people against one another, making them pursue you. 

Totally disagreed. You must take sides very early. Choose your side very carefully and commit very very early in the game. Those on the same side will treat and support you well. Although you would not win the support of the other side, the other side will always try to woo you as you are seen as one who is loyal and dependable. You win much more through respect and wooing from enemy.

Law 21 

Play a Sucker to Catch a Sucker – Seem Dumber than your Mark 

No one likes feeling stupider than the next persons. The trick, is to make your victims feel smart – and not just smart, but smarter than you are. Once convinced of this, they will never suspect that you may have ulterior motives.

Law 22 

Use the Surrender Tactic: Transform Weakness into Power 

When you are weaker, never fight for honor’s sake; choose surrender instead. Surrender gives you time to recover, time to torment and irritate your conqueror, time to wait for his power to wane. Do not give him the satisfaction of fighting and defeating you – surrender first. By turning the other cheek you infuriate and unsettle him. Make surrender a tool of power.

 Law 23 

Concentrate Your Forces 

Conserve your forces and energies by keeping them concentrated at their strongest point. You gain more by finding a rich mine and mining it deeper, than by flitting from one shallow mine to another – intensity defeats extensity every time. When looking for sources of power to elevate you, find the one key patron, the fat cow who will give you milk for a long time to come.
Totally, totally agreed. Absolute overwhelming power will assure swift victory and encourage easy surrender of the enemy.

Law 24 

Play the Perfect Courtier 

The perfect courtier thrives in a world where everything revolves around power and political dexterity. He has mastered the art of indirection; he flatters, yields to superiors, and asserts power over others in the mot oblique and graceful manner. Learn and apply the laws of courtiership and there will be no limit to how far you can rise in the court.
This law is GOLD. Court jester has absolute persuasion.

Law 25 

Re-Create Yourself 

Do not accept the roles that society foists on you. Re-create yourself by forging a new identity, one that commands attention and never bores the audience. Be the master of your own image rather than letting others define if for you. Incorporate dramatic devices into your public gestures and actions – your power will be enhanced and your character will seem larger than life.
Dependent on characteristics of persona. This law is sexy.

Law 26 

Keep Your Hands Clean 

You must seem a paragon of civility and efficiency: Your hands are never soiled by mistakes and nasty deeds. Maintain such a spotless appearance by using others as scapegoats and cat’s-paws to disguise your involvement.

Law 27 

 Play on People’s Need to Believe to Create a Cult-like Following 

People have an overwhelming desire to believe in something. Become the focal point of such desire by offering them a cause, a new faith to follow. Keep your words vague but full of promise; emphasize enthusiasm over rationality and clear thinking. Give your new disciples rituals to perform, ask them to make sacrifices on your behalf. In the absence of organized religion and grand causes, your new belief system will bring you untold power.
This law is absolutely GOLD. Every Elisabeth, Jane and Mary love to join a cult.

Law 28 

 Enter Action with Boldness 

If you are unsure of a course of action, do not attempt it. Your doubts and hesitations will infect your execution. Timidity is dangerous: Better to enter with boldness. Any mistakes you commit through audacity are easily corrected with more audacity. Everyone admires the bold; no one honors the timid.

Law 29 

 Plan All the Way to the End 

The ending is everything. Plan all the way to it, taking into account all the possible consequences, obstacles, and twists of fortune that might reverse your hard work and give the glory to others. By planning to the end you will not be overwhelmed by circumstances and you will know when to stop. Gently guide fortune and help determine the future by thinking far ahead.
Planning is not a power law but a pre-requisite.

Law 30 

Make your Accomplishments Seem Effortless 

Your actions must seem natural and executed with ease. All the toil and practice that go into them, and also all the clever tricks, must be concealed. When you act, act effortlessly, as if you could do much more. Avoid the temptation of revealing how hard you work – it only raises questions. Teach no one your tricks or they will be used against you.
This law is important and must be used on gals.

Law 31 

Control the Options: Get Others to Play with the Cards you Deal 

The best deceptions are the ones that seem to give the other person a choice: Your victims feel they are in control, but are actually your puppets. Give people options that come out in your favor whichever one they choose. Force them to make choices between the lesser of two evils, both of which serve your purpose. Put them on the horns of a dilemma: They are gored wherever they turn.

Play to People’s Fantasies 

The truth is often avoided because it is ugly and unpleasant. Never appeal to truth and reality unless you are prepared for the anger that comes for disenchantment. Life is so harsh and distressing that people who can manufacture romance or conjure up fantasy are like oases in the desert: Everyone flocks to them. There is great power in tapping into the fantasies of the masses.

 Law 33 

Discover Each Man’s Thumbscrew 

Everyone has a weakness, a gap in the castle wall. That weakness is usual y an insecurity, an uncontrollable emotion or need; it can also be a small secret pleasure. Either way, once found, it is a thumbscrew you can turn to your advantage.

Law 34 
Be Royal in your Own Fashion: Act like a King to be treated like one 

The way you carry yourself will often determine how you are treated; In the long run, appearing vulgar or common will make people disrespect you. For a king respects himself and inspires the same sentiment in others. By acting regally and confident of your powers, you make yourself seem destined to wear a crown.

Law 35 
Master the Art of Timing 

Never seem to be in a hurry – hurrying betrays a lack of control over yourself, and over time. Always seem patient, as if you know that everything will come to you eventually. Become a detective of the right moment; sniff out the spirit of the times, the trends that will carry you to power. Learn to stand back when the time is not yet ripe, and to strike fiercely when it has reached fruition.
Agreed. Timing the attack is also key to success.

Law 36 
Disdain Things you cannot have: Ignoring them is the best Revenge 

By acknowledging a petty problem you give it existence and credibility. The more attention you pay an enemy, the stronger you make him; and a small mistake is often made worse and more visible when you try to fix it. It is sometimes best to leave things alone. If there is something you want but cannot have, show contempt for it. The less interest you reveal, the more superior you seem.

 Create Compelling Spectacles 

Striking imagery and grand symbolic gestures create the aura of power – everyone responds to them. Stage spectacles for those around you, then full of arresting visuals and radiant symbols that heighten your presence. Dazzled by appearances, no one will notice what you are really doing.
Creating spectacles is always part and parcel of a powerful guy.

Law 38 
Think as you like but Behave like others 

If you make a show of going against the times, flaunting your unconventional ideas and unorthodox ways, people will think that you only want attention and that you look down upon them. They will find a way to punish you for making them feel inferior. It is far safer to blend in and nurture the common touch. Share your originality only with tolerant friends and those who are sure to appreciate your uniqueness.
Invisibility is my favourite.

Law 39 
Stir up Waters to Catch Fish 

Anger and emotion are strategically counterproductive. You must always stay calm and objective. But if you can make your enemies angry while staying calm yourself, you gain a decided advantage. Put your enemies off-balance: Find the chink in their vanity through which you can rattle them and you hold the strings.
Opportunistic. Nothing useful. Maybe just one word:   Be prepared always. Have cash stashed away to grab these opportunities which will come once awhile.

Law 40 
Despise the Free Lunch 

What is offered for free is dangerous – it usually involves either a trick or a hidden obligation. What has worth is worth paying for. By paying your own way you stay clear of gratitude, guilt, and deceit. It is also often wise to pay the full price – there is no cutting corners with excellence. Be lavish with your money and keep it circulating, for generosity is a sign and a magnet for power.

Avoid Stepping into a Great Man’s Shoes 

What happens first always appears better and more original than what comes after. If you succeed a great man or have a famous parent, you will have to accomplish double their achievements to outshine them. Do not get lost in their shadow, or stuck in a past not of your own making: Establish your own name and identity by changing course. Slay the overbearing father, disparage his legacy, and gain power by shining in your own way.

Law 42 
Strike the Shepherd and the Sheep will Scatter 

Trouble can often be traced to a single strong individual – the stirrer, the arrogant underling, the poisoned of goodwill. If you allow such people room to operate, others will succumb to their influence. Do not wait for the troubles they cause to multiply, do not try to negotiate with them – they are irredeemable. Neutralize their influence by isolating or banishing them. Strike at the source of the trouble and the sheep will scatter.

Law 43 
Work on the Hearts and Minds of Others 

Coercion creates a reaction that will eventually work against you. You must seduce others into wanting to move in your direction. A person you have seduced becomes your loyal pawn. And the way to seduce others is to operate on their individual psychologies and weaknesses. Soften up the resistant by working on their emotions, playing on what they hold dear and what they fear. Ignore the hearts and minds of others and they will grow to hate you.

Law 44 
Disarm and Infuriate with the Mirror Effect 

The mirror reflects reality, but it is also the perfect tool for deception: When you mirror your enemies, doing exactly as they do, they cannot figure out your strategy. The Mirror Effect mocks and humiliates them, making them overreact. By holding up a mirror to their psyches, you seduce them with the illusion that you share their values; by holding up a mirror to their actions, you teach them a lesson. Few can resist the power of Mirror Effect.
Mirror is a very important skill. This is no law but a systemic approach to create influence. I guess that means power.

Law 45 
Preach the Need for Change, but Never Reform too much at Once 

Everyone understands the need for change in the abstract, but on the day-to-day level people are creatures of habit. Too much innovation is traumatic, and will lead to revolt. If you are new to a position of power, or an outsider trying to build a power base, make a show of respecting the old way of doing things. If change is necessary, make it feel like a gentle improvement on the past.

Law 46 
Never appear too Perfect

Appearing better than others is always dangerous, but most dangerous of all is to appear to have no faults or weaknesses. Envy creates silent enemies. It is smart to occasionally display defects, and admit to harmless vices, in order to deflect envy and appear more human and approachable. Only gods and the dead can seem perfect with impunity.
As I have mentioned in skirt-chasing:   Never be a perfect hero. Be a broken hero. Have something for the gals to think that they can help you to improve. Only then will they drop their pants.

This is my favourite law. Formlessness is my absoluteness. Make sure no one knows your true bottom. If your allies love to womanize, womanize worse than them. If your allies love to be straight, talk religion better than them. If your allies love to show-off, be their best listening ear. If your allies love to show individualism, show them power by grouping together.

A dating website for married people who want to cheat on their spouses is being sued by a former employee who says she damaged her wrists typing up hundreds of fake profiles of sexy women. Doriana Silva is seeking $20 million from Ashley Madison for what she calls the company's "unjust enrichment" at her expense, plus another $1 million in punitive and general damages.

In her statement of claim, Silva — a Brazilian immigrant living in Toronto — says she was hired to help launch a Portuguese-language version of the site and promised a starting salary of $34,000 plus benefits. She was soon asked to create 1,000 "fake female profiles" meant to lure men to the new Brazilian Ashley Madison site — and given only three weeks to complete the work, the document alleges.

"The purpose of these profiles is to entice paying heterosexual male members to join and spend money on the website," it reads. "They do not belong to any genuine members of Ashley Madison — or any real human beings at all."

The allegations have not been proven in court and Ashley Madison has yet to file a statement of defence. The company, which describes itself as a dating service for married people, did not respond to requests for comment.

In her claim, Silva says she didn't question her assignment, and no one at the company suggested there was anything "unlawful or improper" about the alleged phoney profiles. In fact, she was led to believe "that doing so was some sort of a normal business practice in the industry," it says. Had she been aware of the "ethical and legal issues arising in relation to online fraud," Silva would have turned down the work, she alleges in the document.

Creating the profiles "required an enormous amount of keyboarding" and Silva developed severe pain in her wrists and forearms, the claim says. She alleges company brass ignored her complaints and her request for a wrist rest. The pain soon made it impossible for Silva to do her job and she has been unable to work since 2011, the document reads, adding she "remains seriously disabled in many if not all aspects of her life."

In her claim, Silva says the company has refused to grant her workers' compensation or insurance despite an earlier agreement she would be covered, and the costs of physiotherapy and other treatments are adding up.

"Doriana's injuries are permanent and her prognosis is uncertain," the document says.

The suit was filed last year but stalled while the company petitioned the court to strike references to "ethics" and "unethical practices" from the statement of claim. But a Superior Court judge found the references necessary to describe "the factual context in which the injuries were sustained," a decision that was upheld on appeal this month.

Silva's lawyer, Paul Dollak, said while compensation for personal injuries is usually calculated based on how much that person has suffered, his client is instead seeking a share of the money earned through the profiles she created.

On its website, Ashley Madison says it does not pre-screen members and can't "guarantee the authenticity of any profile," warning that "anyone who is able to commit identity theft can also falsify a dating profile."

AM is so hot recently. It definitely has gained lots of publicity without having to pay for it. AM will gain a little bit more money, but that's it. You can never base your business proposition through falsehood. You will fall flat on your own face. Business is not a joke. It cannot be taken lightly. Employ falsehood, every joker will tell on you once you show a little promise. These fuckens are too green with envy to let you have a fast ride.

Just read the claim statement, it was not crafted with compensating injury in mind, but to share in that profit margin. Crazy fucking bitch. She will fail in her attempt.

So to believe that being an immigrant is a poor thing. Think again. They will fuck you up good once you show any weakness. To prevent that, make sure you don't dabble in absolute illegality. Bordering illegality on the right side of the law is good, but never walk into the absolute dark side. You have too many enemies to start with.

He was seen selling the merchandise with his girlfriend and hugging her after playing basketball on the street. He was also seen taking public transportation, presumably to save money.

Based on his wiki entry, to date he is already 33 years old. Since he has chosen his looks and acting skills as his weapon-of-choice. He therefore needed a clean image to earn a living. If he is a businessman like me, then it doesn't matter. It is my products rather than my image that sells. Once his fate depended on his cleanliness, he is fuckened once he proved to be too playful. 

Now that he is behind in the money game and he still owes money before he can restart, he will find great pain henceforth. It is of course never too late to restart. I wish him well.

I knew many guys from the night spots. They were all number 1s in playing gals. They told me that they were living in a perfect dream. No doubt about it, but when it comes to continuing the game. Most of them fell out after they hit 40 years of age. They were bluffed by the gals.

They wanted a REAL STAR.

Stallone explained why he sold the dog and begged for the dog back. The man refused. Stallone offered him $100. The man refused. He offered him $500. And the guy refused. Yes, he refused even $1000. And, Believe it or Not, Stallone had to pay $15,000 for the same, same dog he sold at $25 only! And he finally got his dog back!

And today, the same Stallone who slept in the streets and sold his dog JUST BECAUSE he couldn't even feed it anymore,is one of the GREATEST Movie Stars who ever walked the Earth!

Being broke is BAD. Really BAD. Have You ever had a dream? A wonderful dream? But You are too broke to implement it? Too tiny to do it? Too small to accomplish it? Damn! I've been there too many times!

Life is tough. Opportunities will pass you by, just because you are a NOBODY. People will want your products but NOT YOU. It's a tough world. If you ain't already famous, or rich or "connected", You will find it rough. Doors will be shut on You. People will steal your glory and crash your hopes. You will push and push. It is not appropriate for me to write my story as this is the internet. My story is no less exotic. Deep inside every successful guy, he always has a rags-to-riches story that he is too eager to tell. It brings forth the throaty smell of blood, the salty taste of sweat and the dull sight of his grindstone.  Although some real, many fabricated, they nevertheless speak of enduring hardship to reach the place they are now in. Nobody can reach the high places without a continuous stream of hard work.

May I therefore ask you to be as hardworking as I am at the very least to test how far your own dream can lead you. It doesn't matter if you're older or younger, the effort to reach there is the same, it has always been. Start as early as possible. Remember my Theory of Man where the length of man is the same. Do test your own limits, you owe it to yourself to know that. If you have done that, you now earned the right to teach your next generation on the virtue of hard-work. Only then, the next generation will listen to you and not have that generation gap.

I too have learnt much from my father. Although he is not a great communicator, but through him, I learned humility. I learned thrive. Most importantly, I learned respect - respect for all mankind - respect for things earth.

Before I start, I believe every gal has a dream man of their life, and they all come in different shapes and specifications. So what I am going to write is only suitable to only a specific group of gals. It is by no means completely suitable for all gal groups. Hopefully, it speaks truth for most gal groups though.

Guy Mentality

By nature, guys are very simple folks. Their genes still stuck back in 200,000 years ago. Hence, innately guys are hunters at heart. After they have hunted the best animals, they will go back to their fruit-gathering woman groups and try to hump as many attracted females to the food table as possible. They really don't have much other greater ambition. Fast forward to today, guys similarly have 2 key worries: career and gals.

In career, they normally strive to hit the top as soon as possible as they wanted to show-off like a peacock to peahens and hope to attract the finest species. They do so by going to different channels. Some go into politics to acquire power (leader, individual). Some go into business and acquire money (employer, individual). Some go into facilitating a huge group in achieving goals (employee, group). Some goes into skill-selling (self-employed, individual or group). Some go into religion (mind-fucker, individual or group). Each of these pursuits has pros and cons. Each pursuit entails money and power, both money and power components ultimately are measured in monetary terms.

Sufficed to say, the winner is the guy who has absolute power over another guy's life-and-death, such as an emperor. Every guy dreamed about being an emperor. With the absolute power to life-and-death, the gals will clamour for his attention and it doesn't matter how many competitors and sharing. Given a chance, the gals will just go for it. Too juicy to let up the proximity chance. Lower down the power line are equally attractive too, such as court officers and so on ... So even traffic police sergeant got a chance to fuck if the gal kana ticketed.

Second comes the monied man. Not matter if you are a CEO of a huge corporation or a sampan, the gals will go for you if you are full of money. Ultimately, money is a good measure of the guy's ability to acquire luxury. The gal's key measure is only the amount of luxury the guy can supply and for how long. So even if the guy is an old fuck, the gals from 18 to 99 years of age will still be keen to know the guy. Such is the draw of money.

In gals, the guy's interest is actually very simple. He just want to ensure that his genes are carried to the next generation. In the past, the guy used to hope for 10 kids. But nowadays, he is lucky to have just one. His dilemma is huge. Coupled with the fact that the law-of-the-land prohibits polygamy, his bag of trick is now very restricted. It is therefore no surprise that the gals that he humps are as bad as whalers and porkies. He will always try his best to propagate his genes through very random liaisons. Prostitution is the modern solution of the government-of-the-day in reining in rape crimes.

Process

I have mentioned before, the total length of man is constant. If the guy spends his early years in grooming his fur, he will get tons of gals due to his youth and body. But, he will be poor and unsexed for the rest of his life. If the guy spends his early years in building his career, he will not get as many gals. Hopefully his investment in time on career pays off, he will be sexed for the rest of his life.

Beta and Alpha Males

Gals are extremely sensitive towards whether the guy is an alpha or beta. If he is an alpha, i.e., too many gals around him, the gal will sex him regardless to get his superior genes, as she has considered her peers must have done a good job in evaluating his quality. Her peers will even explain in great details his sexual performance. Sexual performance is equated to alphaness. Rough sex is clear indication of alphaness. That's why fantasy of most gals is to be raped. It will give them high when masturbating. An alpha is characterised by not being able to stay to take care of the young.

All other males are beta. Beta males are known to be great nest keepers. They stick to the nest and bring up the youngs. Given a choice, the gal will keep a beta male and quietly sex an alpha for his genes. The sired young will be brought up by the cuckooed beta male. Sad, but true. The risk involved in being caught is high, but the gal has no power over this tendency, it is coded in her genes.

Cuckoo game is very dangerous to the gal. If found out, the off-spring might be killed. Check the sexual habits of monkeys and lions. We humans are no different. I am puzzled that many gals behave with such tendency. As in order to reach today's generation, the beta guy's ancestors must have one time or another been made a general, else there is no way the guy's genes can propagate till this day. Playing the cuckoo game is not really that wise a choice. Gals are advised against this maternal instinct.

Methodology

Strong guys like to be pampered. A gal should never try to wear pants in front of the strong guy. She will fail big time. That being said, some guys like to be dominated. Some gals like to dominate. So to each their cup of tea. Exercise regularly and do doll up and make the guy proud to get her as his arm candy. If he don't even feel proud about showing her off.  Chances are that she as a gal has lost.

In the same vibes of Why I Am Not A Christian by Bertrand Russell or Albert Einstein's quote of God and Einstein, I am fully aware of the political price one has to pay in order to be a strong leader or a lame cock-sucker.

Malaysia is successful in democracy is because Mr Anwar Ibrahim has paid a price of imprisonment and beating up, leading to a successful grabbing of some opposition power in 2008 General Election. This was closely followed by the death of an innocent man, Teoh Beng Hock in 2009. Opposition capitalized this poor fellow's body as their altar for ubah (change). By 2013 General Election, the opposition parties made great inroads into the chinese hearts. But, at the same time, Anwar has lost many of the Malays and aborigines' votes back to the ruling parties. The chinese' claim for greater power sharing has rocked the confidence of the Malays. Thus, pushing them once again back to the ruling parties' arms. The ruling parties embittered by the poor Chinese support has immediately started their purge of Chinese privileges. The price that Chinese in Malaysia has to pay is going to be extremely heavy. In fact, in many Chinese areas, day-light armed robberies into homes have gone up by a huge quantum. The sad stories for Chinese will follow ...

The Chinese in the zeal of wanting change has forgotten that "短人财路，如杀人父母".

In the Arab world, the Arab Spring for a revolutionary wave of nonviolent and violent demonstrations, violent and nonviolent protests, riots, and civil wars in the Arab world that began on 18 December 2010, started in Tunisia. Tarek al-Tayeb Mohamed Bouazizi was a Tunisian street vendor who set himself on fire on 17 December 2010, in protest of the confiscation of his wares and the harassment and humiliation that he reported was inflicted on him by a municipal official and her aides. 

Mohamed Bouazizi, who was known locally as "Basboosa". His father, a construction worker in Libya, died of a heart attack when Bouazizi was three, and his mother married Bouazizi's uncle some time later. Along with his six siblings, with his uncle in poor health and unable to work regularly, Bouazizi had worked various jobs since he was ten, and in his late teens he quit school in order to work full-time. Bouazizi lived in a modest stucco home, a 20-minute walk from the center of Sidi Bouzid, a rural town in Tunisia burdened by corruption and suffering an unemployment rate estimated at 30%. According to his mother, he applied to join the army, but was refused, and several subsequent job applications also resulted in rejection. He supported his mother, uncle, and younger siblings, including paying for one of his sisters to attend university, by earning approximately US$140 per month selling produce on the street in Sidi Bouzid. He was also working toward the goal of buying or renting a pickup truck for his work. A close friend of Bouazizi said he "was a very well-known and popular man [who] would give free fruit and vegetables to very poor families."

According to friends and family, local police officers had allegedly targeted and mistreated Bouazizi for years, including during his childhood, regularly confiscating his small wheelbarrow of produce; but Bouazizi had no other way to make a living, so he continued to work as a street vendor. Around 10 p.m. on 16 December 2010, he had contracted approximately US$200 in debt to buy the produce he was to sell the following day. On the morning of 17 December, he started his workday at 8 a.m. Just after 10:30 a.m., the police began harassing him again, ostensibly because he did not have a vendor's permit. However, while some sources state that street vending is illegal in Tunisia, and others that Bouazizi lacked a required permit to sell his wares, according to the head of Sidi Bouzid's state office for employment and independent work, no permit is needed to sell from a cart.

In any case Bouazizi did not have the funds to bribe police officials to allow his street vending to continue. Similarly, two of Bouazizi's siblings accused authorities of attempting to extort money from their brother, and during an interview with Reuters, one of his sisters stated, "What kind of repression do you imagine it takes for a young man to do this? A man who has to feed his family by buying goods on credit when they fine him...and take his goods. In Sidi Bouzid, those with no connections and no money for bribes are humiliated and insulted and not allowed to live."

Bouazizi's family claims he was publicly humiliated, that a 45-year-old female municipal official, Faida Hamdi, slapped him in the face, spat at him, confiscated his electronic weighing scales, and tossed aside his produce cart. It was also stated that she made a slur against his deceased father. Bouazizi's family says her gender made his humiliation worse.

Faida Hamdi and her brother claimed in interviews that she did not slap Bouazizi or otherwise mistreat him. An eyewitness referred to by Asharq Al-Awsat claimed not to have seen Hamdi slap Bouazizi.

Both Bouazizi's mother and the eyewitness who told Asharq Al-Awsat stated that her aides had kicked and beaten him after confiscating his fruit-cart, Faida Hamdi states it might have happened and Asharq Al-Awsat denies it happened.

Bouazizi, angered by the confrontation, ran to the governor's office to complain and to ask for his scales back. The governor refused to see or listen to him, even after Bouazizi was quoted as saying "If you don't see me, I'll burn myself." Bouazizi acquired a can of gasoline from a nearby gas station and returned to the governor's office. While standing in the middle of traffic, he shouted, "How do you expect me to make a living?" He then doused and set himself alight with a match at 11:30 a.m. local time, less than an hour after the altercation.

His act became a catalyst for the Tunisian Revolution and the wider Arab Spring, inciting demonstrations and riots throughout Tunisia in protest of social and political issues in the country. The public's anger and violence intensified following Bouazizi's death, leading then-President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali to step down on 14 January 2011, after 23 years in power.

The death of this one man led to the demise of many totalitarian states in the Arab world. Once again, as I have always quoted:

Since I am unwilling to pay such a price, I can never be in politics. I will just travel the world in search of the best place to settle. If that place deteriorates in time, hey, I will move again. I am a wanderer, a warrior, a knight, but never a coward. I will leave silly words-mongering to the self-clever idiots who can't even dare to move away from their comfort zones.

In this time and space, a plane ticket is too cheap an alternative to politicking. Why fight a battle that I am already disadvantaged in the first place. That old guy is already 3rd-5th generations before my time. Let him build his 阿斗. A real warrior has no fear of the unknown.

At times, it is a lonesome battle. It is nonetheless a fun path.
